Dear Hammer with a Heart participants

It takes many people to make Hammer with a Heart work each year. Thank you so much for participating in the 9th Annual Hammer with a Heart event.

To date, we have provided major repairs to 64 homes and improved the living conditions for approximately 235 people. With the increase in homes repaired each year, these numbers will increase dramatically (2 houses were repaired each year for the first two years).

Thank you for all of the work you did, for all of the people you helped, and for all of the time you gave. Hammer with a Heart improves our communities through the generosity of people like you.

Sweeney was proud to support the Berkeley Black Tie Diploma Dash held on May 8, 2010.

Sweeney is proud to sponsor 24th Annual Verona Hometown Days Run/Walk on June 13, 2010.

Sweeney Construction Corporation often donates a full day of Handyman service to the March of Dimes Chefs Auction. This fundraiser supports the effort to save babies from prematurity, birth defects, and infant mortality.

Sharing Resources Worldwide - Kathy Sweeney
Sweeney continues to support Sharing Resources Worldwide, an organization committed to providing medical supplies and equipment to people in need around the world. Family member Kathy Sweeney has played an integral role in Sharing’s effort to supply surgical support to the Honduran people. 
This organization's mission is to make surplus and recycled medical supplies, durable medical equipment and related items/activities available to needy populations around the world in order to improve the health and quality of life of the recipients and to empower the recipients to live with increased dignity, independence, and hope.
